Lalano Linen Velvet traces a Greek key in linen pile against a looped ground, so the meandering geometry is defined by texture as much as by tone. The medium scale suits both cushions and larger upholstered pieces, and the dry hand and tonal colouring give it a restrained, architectural presence.
Woven in Belgium from 56% linen, 31% cotton and 13% polyester, it is 137 centimetres wide with a 23-centimetre vertical repeat and 68-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is intended for cushions and upholstery, where the linen cut-pile and loop construction provide both durability and character.
