Laurel is a loose botanical screen print in which small leafy sprigs float across the cloth in painterly silhouettes. The pattern has an elegant simplicity that reads as both traditional and modern, the allover design settling quietly into a room without insisting on itself.
Printed in the United States on a soft cotton-linen union—three-quarters cotton, one-quarter linen—the cloth is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 91 centimetres and a horizontal repeat that runs the full width. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is also made as a wallpaper.
