Leora Hand Blocked Tape sets a zigzag stripe onto handwoven cotton ground using carved wooden blocks, each impression made by hand. The joins between blocks shift and vary slightly, a signature of the craft that gives the tape its character rather than machine regularity, and the 5‑centimetre vertical repeat keeps the pattern lively without being fussy.
Made in India from cotton throughout, the tape is 16 centimetmetres wide with a 16‑centimetre horizontal repeat and should be washed cold. It suits the edges of curtains and cushions or as a decorative band on upholstered furniture, and is available in several colourways.
