Schumacher | Liberté Pillow

The Liberté Pillow depicts the Statue of Liberty in freeform, expressive line and intricate embroidery, a tribute to New York as a gateway for new beginnings and a nod to Frederic Schumacher's arrival in the harbour. The black line is gestural and dynamic, the embroidery adding texture and depth to the image. It is a piece with both narrative and tactile presence.

Made in India from 52 per cent linen, 41 per cent cotton and 8 per cent acrylic, it measures 41 centimetres wide and is filled with down and feather. It closes with a concealed zip and dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in one colourway, chartreuse.
