Schumacher | Lilla Embroidery Pillow

Lilla Embroidery works a stylised botanical motif at an uncommonly large scale—close to 28 centimetres across—so the vivid branches and berries become the focal point rather than background pattern. The concentric chain stitch, worked in olive on a neutral ground, accentuates the shapes and gives the design a modern confidence despite its traditional roots.

Embroidered in India on a cotton and linen blend with cotton and spun viscose, the cushion is made up with a knife edge, feather and down fill, and a concealed zip. It measures 51 centimetres square. Dry cleaning is recommended.
