Lotus Embroidery covers its ground entirely in dense stitchwork, building robust, stylised flowers that catch the light with a lustrous sheen. The embroidery reads as both opulent and controlled, the repetition of the motif creating a rhythm across the cloth.
Made in India, it is worked on a mixed ground of linen, viscose, cotton and spun polyester, 131 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 38 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 43 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is also available as a wallcovering.
