Lotus Garden is drawn from a 1920s archive document and printed on linen with Japanese-inspired natural motifs arranged across a large repeat. The design has the delicacy and botanical precision of early twentieth-century pattern-making, and the scale allows the composition to breathe on full-length curtains or larger upholstered pieces.
It is printed in the United Kingdom on 100 per cent linen, 136 centimetres wide, with a vertical repeat of 111 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 69 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and it is part of the Schumacher Classics collection. It is available in a wide range of colourways. A coordinating wallcovering is also available.
