Madeleine Velvet Pillow takes its name from the French decorator Madeleine Castaing, known for her use of leopard motifs. The small-scale printed spots sit in soft pile, giving the animal pattern a quiet, versatile presence rather than overt drama. The velvet is woven in Italy from a blend of synthetics and acrylic with polyester.
The cushion is 46 centimetres square, trimmed with Gustave Silk Lip Cord Narrow, and filled with feather and down. It closes with a hidden zip. Dry cleaning is recommended. The design is offered in a number of colourways.
