Malacca Ikat Vine translates the blurred, dye-resist character of ikat into a climbing vine, the pattern printed onto pure linen so the motif retains the soft edges and colour bleeds typical of the weaving technique. The design reads as botanical and geometric at once, the repeat large enough to give curtains and upholstery a sense of movement.
Made in India from one hundred per cent linen, it is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of sixty-one centimetres and a horizontal repeat of twenty-three. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is offered in four colourways.
