Mandarin Silk Stripe is a liseré weave inspired by an antique Chinese embroidered textile, with a detailed floral stripe running down a taffeta ground. The cloth has the crispness and subtle sheen of silk, and the stripe gives it both structure and movement. The vertical repeat is 14 centimetres, the horizontal 34.
Woven in India from 100 per cent silk, it is 137 centimetres wide. Dry clean. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in four colourways.
