Margate Damask Print is a large-scale damask motif printed onto pure linen, the pattern rendered in ink rather than weave so the surface remains flat and the design can be read clearly across its full 100-centimetre vertical and 137-centimetre horizontal repeat. The linen ground gives the cloth a natural, slightly irregular texture beneath the printed pattern.
Made in Belgium, it is 137 centimetres wide and recommended for dry cleaning. The cloth suits curtains, Roman blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is offered in three colourways. The large repeat works well on full-length curtains and larger upholstered pieces where the pattern can be seen whole.
