Schumacher | Maroc Linen Damask

Maroc Linen Damask is a jacquard weave with a geometric damask pattern inspired by North African tilework, the design repeating every 64 centimetres vertically and 17 horizontally. The cloth has a substantial hand, thanks to the jute and linen in the blend, and the pattern has a slightly rough, artisanal quality that suits both traditional and more relaxed interiors. It is part of the Chroma collection.

Woven in Italy from 52 per cent jute, 22 per cent linen, 16 per cent cotton and 10 per cent viscose, it is 140 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstery and cushions, and the weight and texture make it particularly appropriate for chairs and ottomans where you want a bit of character and grip.
