Schumacher | Merida Weave

Merida Weave is a tightly structured jacquard with a geometric chevron that repeats at a small scale, giving the cloth an all-over, almost textural quality. Woven entirely from Dralon acrylic, it resists mould, mildew and chlorine, and the fibre is both machine washable and wrinkle resistant, so the fabric answers to outdoor and high-use indoor settings alike.

It is woven in France to 147 centimetres wide, with a 1-centimetre vertical repeat and an 8-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstery and cushions where durability and ease of care are priorities.
