Metamorphosis Tape features a stylised butterfly motif embroidered in fine metallic thread, the stitching creating a raised, reflective surface against a plain ground. The horizontal repeat of six centimetres spaces the butterflies evenly along the tape, and the metallic thread catches light as the trim moves or is seen from different angles.
Made in the United States, it is half viscose, half polyester, seven centimetres wide, and wipeable. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery as an applied detail, adding an exotic, decorative note to edges and seams.
