Mila Hand Block Print Tape carries a trailing pattern of vines and flowers, each length printed by hand using carved wooden blocks. The process leaves subtle shifts in registration and ink density that give the design an artisan character, part of Schumacher's East Meets West collection.
Woven and printed in India from 100 per cent cotton, it is 5 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 9 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 5 centimetres. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery as edging or applied decoration, and is offered in three colourways.
