Schumacher | Mixco Pillow

Mixco Pillow is hand-woven and hand-embroidered on a backstrap loom by Maya women weavers in Guatemala, the brocade panel forming the front of the cushion. The geometric pattern has the irregularity and character that comes only from work made entirely by hand, each piece subtly different from the next.

Made in Guatemala, the cushion is 46 by 31 centimetres and backed with linen. It is filled with feather and down, finished with a knife edge and a hidden zip, and dry cleaning is recommended. The front is a blend of cotton, linen and other fibres; the reverse is pure linen.
