Moiré Wallcovering replicates the watery, shifting surface of moiré silk in a paper-backed textile, the irregular waves and delicate faille weave creating a play of light that changes as you move past it. The effect is both lustrous and restrained, adding depth without pattern or obvious decoration.
Woven in Italy, it is 140 centimetres wide and sold by the metre from 7.312-metre rolls. The surface is spongeable for practical maintenance, and the extra width reduces seams on larger walls. It suits drawing rooms, dining rooms or bedrooms where a sense of quiet refinement is wanted, and the range of six colourways allows it to work with both warm and cool palettes.
