Schumacher | Muir Linen Sheer

Muir Linen Sheer is a striped linen voile in which the stripe is woven rather than printed, so the cloth has a natural, uneven hand and subtle variations in tone that come with the fibre. The three-centimetre horizontal repeat keeps the stripe fine and regular, lending the sheer a quiet, ordered rhythm at the window.

It is woven in India, almost entirely of linen with a small addition of cotton, and is 135 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains and blinds where a relaxed, light-filtering layer is wanted, and it is available in two colourways.
