Musa Abaca is a handwoven wallcovering made from abaca, a natural fibre known for its strength and used in some of Patterson Flynn's rug designs. Each length is hand-dyed, so the colour has a sun-washed, slightly muted quality, and the weave gives the surface a subtle sheen and a texture you can read from across a room. It is artisanal in the true sense: made by hand, with the small variations that come with that.
Woven in South Korea, it is ninety-one centimetres wide and sold by the metre, with rolls seven point three one two metres long. Vacuum to clean. It is a wallcovering for rooms where texture and a sense of craft are as important as colour, and it is available in several colourways.
