Schumacher | Nami Rushcloth

Nami Rushcloth is an open weave of natural fibres, the texture deliberately irregular with knots, slubs and tonal shifts that arise from the material itself. The surface reads as cloth rather than paper, bringing warmth and a handmade quality to the wall.

Woven in South Korea, the wallcovering is 91 centimetres wide, sold in 3.656-metre rolls. It is spongeable and suited to walls in living rooms, bedrooms and studies where a natural, textured ground is preferred. The organic variations mean no two lengths are identical, which is part of the material's character.
