Nikki Performance is a two-tone grid at diminutive scale, woven as cut velvet with a soft handle. The geometry reads quietly, the one-centimetre repeat forming an almost textural surface rather than an insistent pattern, and the pile lends subtle tonal variation as light moves across it.
Made in Germany from polyacrylic and polyester, it is 144 centimetres wide with both vertical and horizontal repeats of one centimetre. High abrasion resistance and fire-retardant properties suit it to upholstery in contract or domestic settings, and it works equally well for cushions where a tactile, understated cloth is wanted.
