Schumacher | Ode to Matisse

Ode to Matisse is a large-scale printed cotton with an exuberant floral motif that nods to the cut-outs and bold colour work of the French painter. The design fills the cloth with confident, graphic shapes that read almost as collage, bringing energy and movement to a room.

Printed in the United Kingdom on pure cotton, it is 132 centimetres wide with a 128-centimetre vertical repeat and a 132-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The scale suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery where a bold, painterly floral is wanted.
