Otis Hand Print is a small-scale geometric screen-printed by hand in India, its chevron-like pattern carrying the irregularities and shifts of registration that come with the process. The design sits somewhere between preppy and mid-century graphic, the handmade marks giving it warmth and preventing it from reading as too studied.
Printed on a cotton-linen ground—45 and 55 per cent respectively—it is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 7 centimetres and a horizontal of 5. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in several colourways.
