Schumacher | Ouvrez Moi

Ouvrez Moi is a trompe-l'œil ribbon lattice enlivened by trailing snails and scattered pearl details, a surrealist reimagining of the traditional trellis created in collaboration with Charlap Hyman & Herrero and Pilar Almon. The design is playful and irreverent, the unexpected details lending wit without overwhelming the underlying geometry, and it is printed onto a fibrous ground that adds texture and depth.

Printed in the United States, it is 69 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 59 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 56 centimetres, sold by the metre from rolls of 9.14 metres. It is spongeable and available in two colourways.
