Schumacher | Painted Turtles Indoor/Outdoor

Painted Turtles Indoor/Outdoor is a printed cloth that borrows from batik and sashiko, the Japanese stitching tradition, combining a painterly turtle motif with graphic circles in a pattern that reads as both figurative and geometric. The design has a 90-centimetre vertical repeat and 135-centimetre horizontal, so it needs a reasonable scale to be seen properly.

It is printed in Italy on 100 per cent solution-dyed polyester, 137 centimetres wide, and dry cleaning is recommended. The solution-dyed fibre makes it fade-resistant and suitable for outdoor use as well as indoor upholstery and cushions, where durability and colour-fastness are wanted. It is available in three colourways.
