Palazzo 4 Panel Set is a trompe l'oeil wallpaper that conjures the depth and grandeur of a palatial atrium, reinterpreting a mid-1950s fabric design which itself drew on a seventeenth-century drawing by the Italian artist-architect Giuseppe Galli Bibiena. Hand-drawn elements and metallic detailing suggest the patina of age, and the illusion of receding architecture gives rooms a sense of expanded space and classical proportion.

Printed in the United States, the set comprises four panels, each 137 centimetres wide and 4.57 metres long, with a total horizontal repeat of 549 centimetres and a vertical repeat of 203 centimetres. It is spongeable and designed as a wallcovering for considered spaces where the full architectural effect can be seen.
