Peacock Linen Hand Blocked Print is a small-scale design of delicate peacocks, block-printed by hand with wire to capture the intricate feather detail. The process leaves the gentle irregularities and subtle shifts in registration that mark a handcrafted textile, and the motif reads quietly enough to layer with other patterns without competing.

It is printed in India on pure linen, 135 centimetres wide, with a 14-centimetre vertical repeat and 9-centimetre horizontal. Cold wash. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery where a natural, handmade character is wanted.
