Penelope Knot takes a Chinese good-luck knot from a 1970s textile and prints it large across linen and cotton. The motif is graphic and preppy in equal measure, a bold geometric device that repeats both vertically and horizontally at the full width of the cloth, so the pattern locks together across seams.
Printed in the United States on a natural blend of 55% linen and 45% cotton, the fabric is 137 centimetres wide with a 91-centimetre vertical repeat and a 137-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery and cushions, and is available in several colourways.
