Peony Silhouette is adapted directly from d.d. Tillett's original artwork, the design hand-printed in two layers of white ink onto cotton sailcloth so the botanical outlines acquire dimension and a slight relief. The silhouette is delicate but the scale is generous, and the pattern has a graphic clarity that reads as modern rather than nostalgic.
Made in the United States from 100% sailcloth, it is 122 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 70 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 122 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, is available in three colourways, and also exists as a wallcovering.
