Petit Feu is a modern interpretation of traditional Bargello flame stitch, first introduced by Schumacher in the 1970s. The stylised zigzag stripe has a rhythmic, graphic energy, the peaks and troughs shifting across the width in a lively, syncopated pattern.
Printed in the United States, the paper is 69 centimetres wide with a 21-centimetre vertical repeat and a 34-centimetre horizontal repeat. It is sold by the roll, each approximately 4.1 metres long. Spot-clean only.
