Schumacher | Piedmont

Piedmont is a chenille woven from a blend of cotton, polyester, linen, viscose and acrylic, with space-dyed weft yarns that vary in thickness to create tonal shifts and an artisanal, hand-worked appearance. The interplay of thick and thin threads gives the cloth a textured surface that reads as quietly irregular, never uniform.

It is woven in Italy and measures 141 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The chenille construction and blended composition suit upholstery and cushions, where the cloth's depth and variation can be appreciated at close quarters.
