Schumacher | Pin Dot Sheer

Pin Dot Sheer is a clipped-cotton madras with subtly raised dots scattered across its surface, the texture just enough to catch light without reading as overt pattern. The dots are tiny—a three-centimetre vertical repeat, one centimetre horizontal—so the effect is more of a quiet grain than a polka dot, and the sheer weight of the cloth means it filters daylight rather than blocking it.

Woven in Scotland from cotton, it is 166 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of three centimetres and a horizontal of one. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is a sheer cloth, suited to curtains and Roman blinds where a degree of transparency is wanted, and it is offered in two colourways.
