Porter Velvet is a dense, small-scale woven pattern with a chenille element and a ribbed construction that gives the cloth dimension and textural interest. The pile is soft to the hand and catches light across the ribs, so the surface shifts as you move around it.
Woven in India from viscose and cotton, it is 140 centimetres wide with a 6-centimetre vertical repeat and a 6-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits cushions and upholstery, and is available in three colourways.
