Pyne Hollyhock is a chintz pattern of full-blown hollyhock flowers, their petals and leaves arranged in a dense, vertical composition that fills the cloth with botanical detail. The design was famously chosen by Albert Hadley for his client Nancy Pyne and has remained one of Schumacher's most requested patterns. The large-scale repeat—117 centimetres vertical, 67 horizontal—gives the design presence on curtains and upholstered furniture alike.
Printed on pure cotton in the United Kingdom, the fabric is 135 centimetres wide and suited to curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. Dry cleaning is recommended. The design is offered in seven colourways.
