Queen Fruit Chintz by Neisha Crosland draws on the form of tropical mangosteens and the gold-outlined flora of a sixteenth-century English needlework bed hanging, combining them into a stylised botanical that climbs the cloth like a tree of life. The blossoms and curlicued leaves are printed with an opulent, layered richness, and the design repeats at 46 centimetres vertically and 69 horizontally.
Printed in the United Kingdom on pure cotton 137 centimetres wide, it suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and dry cleaning is recommended. The design is also available as a wallcovering, and it is offered in three colourways.
