Ramsgate takes a shell motif from a brass repoussé belt buckle and repeats it across the wall, the pattern printed to suggest the raised, hammered texture of the original metalwork. The design has a medium scale that reads as both pattern and texture, architectural without being heavy.
Printed in the United Kingdom on paper 69 centimetres wide, it has a 59-centimetre vertical repeat and a 69-centimetre horizontal repeat. Sold by the roll, each 5.027 metres long, in three colourways. It is spongeable and suited to walls where a textured, dimensional surface is wanted. Also available as a fabric.
