Ramsgate Hand Block takes a shell motif from a brass repoussé belt buckle and translates it into a medium-scale repeating pattern, hand-printed on linen. Created with Drusus Tabor, the design carries a quiet craft sensibility, the irregularities of the block-printing visible in the cloth.
Made in India from 100% linen, it is 137 centimetres wide with a 30-centimetre vertical repeat and a 20-centimetre horizontal. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is also produced as a wallpaper. It is offered in three colourways.
