Ric Rac Tape Medium takes the familiar zigzag of dressmaking notions and translates it into a two-centimetre-wide trim that adds a note of gentle domesticity without veering into kitsch. The wave sits flat and even, cheerful on its own or layered with other edgings.
Woven in Italy from cotton, it is available in three widths, of which this is the middle. Dry clean. It suits upholstery, cushions and curtains, and is offered in nine colourways.
