Schumacher | Rivet Stripe Sisal

Rivet Stripe Sisal arranges delicate dots into an airy horizontal chevron, the pattern inspired by the dynamic Art Deco work of French designer Jean Royère. Printed by hand onto a textured sisal ground, the design reads at a medium scale with a graphic clarity softened by the natural irregularities of the weave and the handmade process, so each length carries its own slight variations.

Made in the United States and printed on Haruki Sisal, it is 84 centimetres wide with a 34-centimetre vertical repeat and 17-centimetre horizontal repeat. Sold by the metre from rolls of 3.656 metres, it is hung as a wallcovering and maintained with gentle vacuuming. Available in three colourways.
