Santarem gathers architectural vases, tropical vines and exotic birds into a lively, large-scale pattern that is part of the Mystique collection. The design is stylised rather than naturalistic, screen-printed with clarity and energy on a cotton-linen union cloth.
Made in the United Kingdom from fifty-five per cent linen and forty-five per cent cotton, it is 137 centimetres wide with a sixty-nine-centimetre vertical repeat and thirty-four-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric suits cushions and upholstery, and is woven in three colourways. It is also available as a wallcovering.
