Sarana Linen Embroidery is a stepped lattice worked in satin-stitch embroidery on a linen ground, the geometric pattern forming a regular grid of interlocking shapes. The embroidery gives the design a raised, tactile surface, and the mid-scale repeat reads clearly on furniture without overwhelming smaller pieces.
It is embroidered in India on a ground of 45 per cent linen, 37 per cent cotton and 18 per cent rayon, 133 centimetres wide, with a 13-centimetre repeat both vertically and horizontally. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in three colourways.
