Shanghai Peacock is a stylised chinoiserie pattern inspired by a 1920s French document, with peacocks, foliage and architectural elements arranged in a bold, graphic composition. The design is printed on linen, and the scale and confident drawing give it presence on walls or as upholstery.
Printed in the United Kingdom on pure linen, it is 133 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 57 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 67 centimetres. Dry clean recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is also available as a wallcovering.
