Sikar Embroidery takes the concentric diamond of traditional ikat and translates it into dense satin-stitch embroidery on a linen ground. Feathery forms at mid-scale give the geometry a softer edge, the stitching catching light across the surface so the pattern has presence without weight.
Made in India, the cloth is 61% linen and 39% cotton, 132 centimetres wide, with a vertical repeat of 13 centimetres and horizontal repeat of 15. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery, cushions, curtains and blinds, and is available in five colourways.
