Schumacher | Simpson Tape

Simpson Tape is a twelve-centimetre-wide woven band in which acrylic, resin and glass beads are set into a linen ground in a geometric chevron pattern. The horizontal repeat is ten centimetres, so the chevrons march steadily along the tape. The beadwork catches the light without glitter, and the width makes it substantial enough to define an edge or seam with quiet authority.

Woven in India, it is composed of linen, acrylic, resin and glass beads with a small amount of spun polyester. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery, and dry cleaning is recommended.
