Sinhala Linen Print takes a traditional tree-of-life motif from an antique French indienne and reinterprets it for contemporary rooms. The design is printed onto linen, so the cloth retains a natural texture beneath the pattern, and the scale is large enough to make a statement on upholstery or as curtains. The vertical repeat is 76 centimetres, the horizontal a full 133 centimetres, so the tree can be seen whole on wider pieces.
Printed in Switzerland on 100 per cent linen, it is 133 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in five colourways. A coordinating wallcovering is also offered.
