Schumacher | Sintra

Sintra is a trompe-l'œil design inspired by Portuguese tilework, the pattern suggesting tile swags arranged in a medium-scale repeat with an ombré stripe running through them. A subtle sheen lifts the surface, so the design shifts between flat graphic and something more dimensional as you move past it.

Printed in the United States by Celerie Kemble, it is 69 centimetres wide with a 79-centimetre vertical repeat and 23-centimetre horizontal, sold by the metre from 9.14-metre rolls. It is a wallcovering, spongeable, and available in two colourways.
