Schumacher | Skittles

Skittles is an embroidered cotton with a small-scale pattern that reads like paint splatter, scattered across the ground in an irregular allover arrangement. The effect is cheerful without being cloying, a playful texture that brings energy to a room without dominating it.

Made in India, the cloth is 87 per cent cotton with 13 per cent viscose, 127 centimetres wide, with repeats of 20 centimetres vertically and 22 horizontally. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery and cushions, and the random nature of the pattern means it can be cut and placed without fuss.
