Sophia Velvet is a plain velvet woven from a blend of cotton and modal viscose, the latter lending a softer hand and a subtle lustre to the pile. The cloth has the weight and body to drape well at full length, and the pile's short, even surface takes and holds colour with clarity.
Woven in the Netherlands, it is 140 centimetres wide and suitable for curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. Dry cleaning is recommended. The velvet is offered in eighty-nine colourways.
