Spades is a geometric cut velvet in which the pile is shaped into a repeating spade motif, the surface catching and releasing light as the pattern shifts. The design is graphic and definite without being loud, and it works both as a statement cloth and as a textured complement to other patterns.
Woven in the United States from 89% cotton and 11% polyester, it is 128 centimetres wide with a four-centimetre vertical repeat and a six-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits cushions and upholstery and comes in five colourways.
