Springs Stripe offers an artful take on the classic stripe, created to mark the 250th anniversary of the United States. Based on hand-painted artwork, the design has slightly irregular edges and a gestural brushstroke effect, so the stripes acquire dimension and movement rather than rigid geometry.
Printed in the United States on 69-centimetre-wide paper, it repeats at 80 centimetres vertically and 69 horizontally. Rolls are 9.14 metres long and sold by the metre. The surface can be spot-cleaned, and the design is available in several colourways.
